[DIY] Make an invisible bookshelf!

This certainly you haven't seen. Shelf is an invisible, doesn't really exist, and the books have reached the ninth degree, the ninth gate of spiritual progress. They levitate. You don't believe in this? See a photo again.

Well now, let's start!

What we need:
1.Old book, a little thicker
2.Scalpel (keep your fingers)
3.Meter (if you are men you probably know what would you measure first, but this time skip that)
4.Small wood screws (with flat head)
5.A jack screw
6.Multi-purpose adhesive
7.Shelf holder (L-shaped, be sure to size. It should fit within the book one side of the holder.)
8.That's all, a lot of absenteeism, let's go to the work.

The whole job is finished in 6easy steps!
1st step:


Open the book. Measure and mark the middle of the dash. Draw the outline in the form of policy holders whom you ask. Cut with skalpel deep furrow, enough to handle police stopped and fit in the book.






2ndstep:

Use a knife to make carving bearing the L bracket so that the book could attach directly to the wall. L bracket has to go down in a book that would not be a space between the book and the wall.






3rd step:

The time has come for the bolt. Tighten the screws on small parts of books to a list of books held tightly. How to screw to be more into the book so the leaves begin to rise. So make sure to hit them well. You'll know you're good to do this if the list after not being able to move or look like waves. Should be straight in order not to pay for books to visually does not look like it should. You can use the drill, but it is much more effective if done by hand.


4th step:
Apply glue on the surface of the book and paste a book cover. Glue to hold the cover glued to the book while the screws that hold the sheets glued to each other. Put something heavy on the book and leave over night as the whole were well glued.





5th step:

After the glue is dry, attach the shelf to the wall using large screws.









6th step:

Place a few books, and fill your shelf until you cover the L bracket.









7th step:

Wait for the guests and make up crazy as they try to understand what is at stake.



In any case, this bookcase is interesting and creative solution. Not so useful as intriguing and mysterious.

5 Simple Ways to Get Big Biceps

There is no other muscle in the entire body that causes men worldwide to spend hours in the gym trying to get bigger. And who can blame them? There is nothing better than a nice set of bulging biceps. However if “The Guns” are one of man’s prized possessions and also one that we spend so much time on, then how come most men have very little to show for it?
The reason is obvious. Most of the training methods and tips out there are actually making it harder for you to get big biceps. Let’s take a look at some of the common misconceptions with getting big biceps and how you can avoid them so that you get the kind of “guns” you are after.
1. Sometimes less is more. A lot of people believe that the more reps and sets you perform then the bigger the muscle will get. However this is not always true. Your goal for each workout is to simply improve on your last workout. By overtraining a muscle and not letting it heal properly you are actually weakening it.
2. Focusing on pumping up your muscles whilst in the gym instead of focusing on what they look like outside the gym. If you train your biceps intensely in the gym and focus on nothing else, then they will achieve a bit of a “pump” effect. However what most people don’t realize is that this pump will quickly deflate and you will not have actually achieved any muscle growth. This is a sure fire way to NOT get big biceps.
3. Focus on increasing overall strength. If you focus primarily on your big muscle groups such as your chest, back, shoulders etc with exercises such as pull ups, chin ups etc, and then your biceps will also grow also. Further by building the strength in your shoulders, chest etc you will be able to do more reps, have better technique and train harder- thus resulting in dramatic overall muscle growth. Especially in your biceps.
4. Build big biceps with strong foundations. Barbell curls and dumbbell curls. According to the experts these 2 basic exercises have created more big “guns” than any other exercise and they are a good platform to build a programme around. Increase your reps and the weights from week to week and you will notice your strength and therefore your biceps improve.
5. Isolate and strain the muscle. A lot of weight lifters use very bad technique and actually use every part of their body to lift the weights instead of only the muscle that they are trying to improve. Make sure that you are only using the muscle you are training to train to perform each exercise.
